Vindhellevegen is a mere 1,5 km walk, and Sverrestien 1,8 km. These hikes are roundtrips, and takes about 3 hours in total. A popular path that many chooses to follow is the one starting with Vindhellavegen that takes you to the former E16 motorway at Rimskjold, where you continue 100 meters east to the sign indicating the start of Sverrestien, and follow that path down to Borgund stave church.<\/p>\n<p>Another roundtrip is the one that starts from Sjurhaugfossen. This route takes you along the Kings Road up the the old croft Galdane, where you can witness first-hand how people used to live back in the day. Keep going along the river to Selthun bridge, the eastwards along the hiking path to Koren.
